About the event
The first supper to kick off our beginnings at Preston! Chef Katie Powers will be cooking a multi plate menu for these darker times to awaken our warm hearths. Dinner by candlelight, in between the barrels tucked away for the winter, we will serve a smattering of Mexican inspired dishes.
For this dinner, we want to leave you guessing a bit, and take you on a bit of a culinary journey.
Mulitple dishes will be coming out of the kitchen, dropped on the tables to grab from what you wish. Multi-course and multi-flavored, Katie will create food that is in one way inspired from the cuisine of Mexico and also a bow to what is coming off our local farms at this time of year. (and thankfully in CA there are still things bumping in March). And some delectable sweet to complete the evening.
